Shopping trip

I just did a little shopping this morning, picking up some stuff I know will come in handy when my new JD 4300 is delivered this Tuesday.

-14 and 20 foot lengths of heavy (transport) chain.

-A 500 watt halogen work lamp.

-A couple of nice, wide and stable 6-ton jack stands.

-A "Come-Along" for getting unstuck (not that I'll ever get stuck, but... /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif)

-A Land Pride PTO spreader for fertilizer, seeds, sand, salt, grub killer, etc.

-Some good gloves and steel-toed work boots.

What else should I have gotten? Not that my budget would stretch much further, mind you.. but I can begin planning. What would be on your shopping list, if you were new to compact tractors but knew what you know now?

I got the smallest one.. mainly because I don't need bigger and don't want to take up limited space in our garage. The price came to about $500 with tax and all. I probably could have done better if I'd had time to shop around, but we need to get this done (so says my wife) before it snows. As it is, it'll be close!
