Well, I tried out the Lincoln power luber, it works very well. It costed $230 more or less. I just put it on, and squeeze the trigger just a tiny bit, and it inserts grease in, and usually the pressure fo grease being filled up stops the flow of grease. That is what it sounds like. It is faster than the manual grease gun. Plus it comes with instructions, including how to get the air out. I am happy with it.

I have a Plews manual pump type, over ten years old and for the most part works great. One thing I have found though, if it sits with a partially used tube in it for too long, the plunger head deforms the cardboard grease tube and makes it very difficult for the plunger to move.
