Should I worry about a newer TC33D / Case DX33 braking in half??

For what it's worth, I just bought a used TC40 DA and New Holland credit beat KCC by 1.37% with the same down payment and loan length. Insurance with New Holland was about $200 less for the 3 year loan term as well.

The dealer is attempting to locate some r4 tires from another dealer to swap out for the turf tires and then I will take her home. It has only been 2 weeks for so but it seems as if it's taking forever! I really get impatient when I am gathering firewood on the weekends!
