Should Kubota L2800 HST 4x4 pull 6\' Finish Mower?

I can't seem to get my new L2800 HST 4wd to pull my new Bush Hog RDTH 72 6' RFM very well. It only pulls in Low speed or bogs bad in Medium speed. Forget High because it ain't even gonna think about that! Any Thoughts? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
