Shuttle Shift Hard on CK30

Has anyone had problems with their CK30 shuttle shift getting stiff after working it for a day? I recently had to do alot of loading and carrying of rock for a landscape project I had and after working it hard for a couple of hours the shuttle shift became very hard to operate. After the machine cooled down overnight it got better but still stiff. The dealer came down the next day and adjusted the linkage and since I have had no problems but since it's winter now and very wet I have not had the oppurtunity to work it very hard. The warranty is going to run out in May and I was wondering if there was a problem in this area with the CK30's.

I haven't heard of anything like that from anybody else. I'd keep it lubed and you shouldn't have any trouble.

I 2nd keeping it lubed.... A dk45 just came in with a very stiff shifter.... sprayed it down and worked it back and forth and it is great now... moisture has its way of getting into places and forming rust...
