Shuttle shift sticking in M6800

bringing this one to the top and to say that my M4800 was doing similar things. Mine ended up being a sticky neutral position switch. I had been lubing the linkage ends thinking that was what was binding. Then I thought I might have a synchronizer issue or something. Once I looked closer I realized the NP switch was just sticking/hard to depress while shifting from Forward/Turtle to Reverse. Lubed it up and all is shifting like new again!

My fuel gauge has stopped working. Does anyone know what i could try on that on my 6800?

Might try your ground connections or your start switch. I'm about to replace my switch that I believe in causing my fuel & temp gauges to not work.
