I think Simca was a french car.

I can confirm Simca being a French car several decades ago. My father used to drive one.

I am sorry it is a sicma. Sometime the keyboard and I have problems.

Try <everythingattachments.com> They have a lot of videos on the stuff they sell. I looked at getting the Sicma tiller...shipping across the US was too much for me but the tiller looked good!!!
