Simplicity 9020 Front Hydralic Lift Cylinder

Strange front PTO with hydraulic lift cylinder on my 9020, anyone know it's purpose or which implements it may have powered up.

The cylinder plugs into the front remote, the PTO shaft has a fine spline and the v-belt pulley appears to be able to move and down.

I would guess that the cylinder and the 15 tooth spline is used to run a front snowblower or a front rotary sweeper. The cylinder lifts the implements and the pto shaft powers them.
