Does anyone have any knowledge of this model of mower. It is a fairly new one by Simplicity, with a 44" mower deck out in front. I am considering retiring my JD GT262 in favor of this machine. I have a bunch of large bushes and apple trees to mow under, and this unit looks like it could make may day a lot easier. An aded bonus is that the deck flips straight up for easy cleaning.
