Simplicity mower or Ferris mower

Sorry for the slow turn around on pics.
Wasn't able to upload from my phone so I needed to do it from the office computer.
There's a pic of my lovely wife driving our new toy!

I drained about a quarter litre before running it.
Checked the level again once I was done mowing and it's bang on.
Will be going thru the manual to confirm oil change intervals.

I really like my Ferris!

On the "over filled oil" as it arrived from the dealer, on mine you read the oil without screwing the dipstick in. (It says that right on the dipstick.) If you are screwing it in to validate oil level it would read high. You may want to check that again if yours is the same and you drained some. Good luck!

Mine with the FS 691 Kawasaki engine said first change is at 8 hours. For my usual use it is yearly as I don't get 100 hours per year.

I was with my neighbor dropping off his Dixon mower for repair and the repair was at an Exmark dealer. Very nice mowers and not really as pricey as I assumed. A nice 60" with Kawasaki FX grade engine and very nice suspension seat was ONLY $9600 + tax. The same mower with B&S engine was $1,000 less.
After setting in that $Thousand dollar seat, it was tempting to go trade in my Ferris.
