simplicity sunstar dozer blade?

Hello all im new to this.
Im from southern michigan and am looking for a dozer/snow blade for my dads sunstar.He is looking for one with just the hydro lift, manual side to side angle.
They seem to be hard to find, if anyone could help me out on this it would be great thanks.
