single fuel filter vs dual duel filter

67 ford 2000. At time of purchase it came with single filter assembly. I couldn't find a single filter assembly on NH website to get the part number. I have seen several singles online for purchase and they appear to be identical to mine.

What advantage would I gain from going to a dual filter other than twice the filter media before injectors and higher maintenance bill (few dollars more but still more)? Second, would there be any problems other than shorter hose runs due to wider filter area (not really a problem); problems in getting enough fuel through to injectors since it was previously running with one filter and now switched to dual filters? Haven't made the switch yet, but was contemplating it.

There is no real advantage to dual filters given the fuel demands of the 2000's small engine size and appetite.

IIRC the difference in single filter and duel filters is the type of injection pump used.
Seems NH has changed there parts web site and it sucks now. But 83937061 is the #24 for 2000 diesel Cav pump.
Very common filter Wix is nice.
