According to the ad, every six pack purchased will help convert six square feet of farm land to organic. Using my public school math, it would take 726,000 six packs for every 100 acres, that's four million three hundred and fifty six thousand beers. That's a lot of beer and a lot of wizzin', maybe that's where the organic part comes in. Do your part guys, and feel good about yourself and the planet. You don't have to be drunk to be an organic farmer, but it helps............ six square feet at a time.

I saw that Super Bowl commercial also. Does anyone know how they came up with the dollar amount to CHANGE a square foot to organic?

And just what do they mean by "organic"?

Understanding Food Labels | Food & Water Watch
That’s just a schill for the organic industry. While I try to be conscious of what I eat when I read statements like
Right now the most meaningful label on your food, in terms of upholding specific government requirements, is the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) organic seal.
all that tells me is that the agenda is something other than education.

It's rated at 43rd out of the 62 ads. Pop tarts ad was second to worst.

Exactly...

Your excuse? One beer = one square foot of ground, = urine equivalent to one beer, spread equally over one square foot of ground. Of course, I don't have to give an excuse to drink beer, or Vodka for that matter; I've earned my right...and if it offends anyone, then please notice the mistletoe pinned to my hip pocket...:p

I was born, raised and lived much of my life in the city and I found that ad insulting, it was aimed at people who have no idea how much land farming takes and aren't good at math.

If every American bought a six-pack that would be 1.8 billion square feet "saved." (Whatever that means.) That's 41,000 acres or 65 square miles. That's a square about 8 miles on a side. In a city that's a lot of land, in much of America you could hide that and no one would ever find it.
