Depends on how it's fed, if you need 3 or 4-wire service.
I'd plan on 4/0-4/0-4/0-2/0 mobile home feeder if fed from another panel to be safe. Run it in sched 40 PVC or you'll be digging it up in a few years. You could also try burying it in sand, but it's probably as much $$ in sand or more than getting the PVC, and still not guaranteed to keep the cable safe.
