We have 3/4" at work. I can run two 400kBTU shop heaters, two 80k BTU office heaters, and four propane/oxygen cutting torches on the 3/4" feed line at 22PSI, all at the same time. We even ran all four of our 500k BTU weed burners at once heating up some parts. Ran them all day and frosted up the tank but never lost pressure.

I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks for everyone's help and advise. I went with 3/4" and fusion fittings. A local plumber came out with his fusion tool and made the 6 connections for $170.00, a bargain compared to the cost of compression fittings I could have installed myself. Sometimes, DIY is not the lowest cost way to go. Everything leak tested OK, and is still holding pressure. It is all in the ground and in the process of being covered up.
