Skid Steer bucket for L39

I was hoping to buy one for $900 and sell mine for maybe $450???

I Just tried to sell the 6 ft bucket that came with my mx5800. Very little interest in central nc.

I replaced the original bucket with a skid Pro 4 in 1 which is both heavy and expensive.

Based on suggestions from the forum, I decided to keep the original bucket. I put a ratchet rake on it, works great.

Looking at my 5’ long bottom bucket it is ssqa but not made for a skidsteer. Heavy built with reinforced back is too high to climb over and no step pads. Just right for the M59. Holds as much or maybe more than the factory 7’. Easier and more efficient to dig hard ground especially with a piranha toothbar welded in. From an operator prospective easier to tell where the blade and angle are. Both buckets came with tractor. The 5’ showed considerable wear while the factory 7’ not much. Reason for needing a new cutting edge. I’ve only briefly used the 7’. The tractor can handle it just too wide maneuvering around obstacles.

I bought a used 72" Bobcat LoPro bucket with teeth. I then built a dual lid Grapple on it. I love it. Rarely use my Kubota bucket.

I was planning on keeping my bucket but I’m not sure how desirable it would be. I don’t know how a L39 bucket compares to the M59 bucket but the m59 bucket is a yard. It’s too tall for a skid steer and too big for a tractor. BTW Kubota SSQA must be a little short. I tried to put my M59 bucket on a skid steer because it was bigger and I was moving gravel a good ways but it wouldn’t fit. It’s not the first time I’ve had that problem either.
