Hey everyone,
I have an 863H bobcat with metal OTT tracks. The tires are in relatively good shape, except one that was damaged and now can't be put back on the rim. Tires are 12-16.5. Today my dad went to try and get the tire fixed, and since it couldn't be put back on the rim, he just bought a single new tire. Tread pattern is the same, tire size is the same, but I'm wondering if having a new tire with 3 old tires; will it do any damage to the machine at all? Or is it insignificant? He bought a $200 tire, and I was looking at some cheaper versions to use with the tracks. Just hoping I don't need to go out and buy $600 worth of tires this weekend.

The drive train is rock solid. I can't imagine a new tire affecting anything.
