I have a 4320 with a cab... The rear mount on the left side can move up and down an 1/8 inch or so... the one on the right does not. It looks to me like a bushing is missing. I have contacted the dealer. He says he does not have a book for the tractor!! They are working with me, but nothinbg has been done yet. Is anyone else have a problem like this? It makes for a banging noise and metal to metal contact on that mount. The tractor is new.

Probably a soft neoprene mount. If that is it it is an easy replacement and fix. Not sure but that sounds like what it is. They should send the more robust ones warranty if that is the problem. If it is just do both at the same time.

I have this exact same issue. If I stand at the rear of the cab on the left side pushing up on the cab hook I can move the cab about an 1/8 inch, and it makes a bumping sound. My dealer said a washer needs to be placed on the bolt to increase the pressure on the bushing, ha anyone else had this happen? I have asked the dealer to check back and clarify where the washer would go i.e. on the outside of the bolt to compress the u shape bracket, or inside between the bracket and the bushing. Thanks

I had that exact same problem. My dealer installed a larger diameter bolt in the rear mount and that fixed the problem. My cab also had the shakes.... New front cab mounts fixed that problem too.

Yes that worked. The dealer recomended a 1/2 dia 4 1/2" long bolt which is just slghtly larger than the metric in now, and slide a washer inside the U bracket to snug up the rubber bushing this is apparently a known issue. This was done very easily, and the cab is now perfectly tight. No drilling since the new 1/2 bolt actually fits better than the metric did.

Thanks all
