You will end up with a under, over, over installation. First install the siding next to the door. Cut the siding to be a length longer than the track flashing, but not full length. The last piece of siding under the track will be a full length piece. Now install the track flashing over the siding. Next install the siding above the door over the track flashing. If done correctly you'll have two layers of siding overlapping each other.
