I use it primarily for snowblowing in the winter, and mowing in the summer. I could probably do without the A/C as long as I could get enough ventilation in the cab. I can choose the day and the time of day to mow at my convenience, but the snowblowing pretty much has to occur when needed. Sometimes that is in very windy conditions and or bitter cold temps. In the winter, heat would be real nice.

Here is a link to the John Deere cab site:

John*Deere : ComfortGard™ Cab Tractors

The smallest one is the 3320 with a cab. And they are all standard 4wd.

3320 - 32.5hp
3520 - Turbo 37hp
3720 - Turbo 44hp

All the same frame - pick your power level.

I'm going to keep researching but according to the JD website, there's not a snowblower attachment available for the 3320 & 3520. Interesting.

Dew,

According to the latest JD attachment catalog I have, all the 3x20 series tractors can use the JD number 59 front snowblower.

For some odd reason, it is the 4x20 series that cannot use the front mount JD snowblowers. In the 4 series, you have to move to the much more complicated Erskine blowers if you want a front mounted blower.

Also, according to JD, the comfort guard cabs for the 3 and 4 series are made by JD not Curtis. They all come with air and heat as standard equipment. It would be very silly not to have both in a cab.

Finally, you really might as well spring for the 3720 with cab and hydrostatic tranny for what you want. You will absolutely love the HST. I really do not understand why JD even offers the two mid range HP models in the 3 and 4 series line up. The cost savings is not worth it when you tally up the attachment costs and look at the percent of total.

I have the front mount JD snowblower on my 3720 w/cab -- works great. Last year they offered the front SB on 3520 because I got prices and almost went with this model. I didn't look at the website lately but if they do not show the 3520 (or 3320) with front SB attachment, I'd ask the dealer about it.

I have the 3720 w/cab (purchased last spring) to clear snow in the winter and mow 5 acres of lawn in spring, summer, and fall. The heater works wonderful in the winter and the A/C works superbly in the hot summer. I'd highly recommend going for it. You'll never regret it.
By the way, I did look at and drive two other competitor tractors and wound up with the JD 3720. Prices weren't a whole lot different. The JD dealer discounted the deal about 15% and they had a rebate of $1000.
