Well, really not smoke, but a burning smell from the RC100 overhead console. The connector for the front flood lights was touching a bulb and causing burning, melting. The bulbs are 25w, which should be cooler than the 35w specified in the ASV parts manual. Don't know if it would have ignited, but I found it in time.

It also has the appearance of a high resistance (dirty/corroded) connection. Not that much difference in heat between 35w & 25w, I think it was a combination of the two. Glad you caught it in time.:thumbsup:
