has anyone taken a front mount blower and changed it over from rear pto powered to a hydro motor powered

Sorry but your question isn't very clear.
Front mount blowers are usually powered off the mid PTO unless you have an Erskine or smilar which is then run from the rear PTO but a very different setup between the two. Snowblowers are one of the biggest power draws that you can put on a tractor. It takes alot of hydraulic flow to get similar power from a hyd motor that you would from a PTO driven. Usually, hydraulic snow blowers are only seen on high-flow machines like some of the bigger skid steers and not suitable for running on a CUT.
What exactly are you hoping to do?

My L4610 Kubota with 39 pto hp runs my DIY rear hydro pump & tank and forward to my "former rear push blower" with hydro motor on the loader sans bucket. It works 10 times better than backing up all these years. All the pictures are posted right here on TBN. I never run my tractor blower even near 540 rpm. I've owned the 6' blower for about 35 years and that tractor since 2001 (new). Once you have a front mount you will never look back................. except for sizing components the pictures will show everything necessary to do the move.

There are other pictures at different times during construction too. Search "front hydraulic snow blower" Balerguy2 etc. None showing it painted.......... maybe this year.

Got the link to the build? Might be useful to the OP. Having the aux powerpack would be putting you in the category of the high-flow hydraulics.
An FEL mounted blower would certainly be more convenient than a conventional front mount for someone like me that uses the bucket/forks/snowblade alot. One of the reasons I got the tractor I did is I didn't want to pay for the mid pto I'd never use. Once I get chains on all 4, I'm going to try to convince my dealer to let me demo a pull type. They're awesome on a 100hp, not sure about my 33hp though.
