I just looked up the capacity on the max 28 and it was 6.1 gallons, I had no idea the tank was that big.
so, fuel gauge not workin' right, max26

yeah that's why I was curious that mine read empty on level ground when it should've been closer to 1/2 a tank (I can see it skewing results a bit so you don't run it completely out of fuel, but come on, not 3 gallons).
Mine does read full now, so at least it wasn't the float falling off.

With a 7.1 gallon tank, mine is even further out of kilter than his.

My bad... yeah was talkin bout the 26.. I always look for the low fuel light on them to know its time to fill up
