So I bought a new TN 75A

Disabling the seat switch on a TN is not a good idea. The interaction between the PTO switch and park brake switch will cause more aggravation with the seat switch circuit altered either open or closed. Not too bad an idea to learn to set the park brake before dismounting. If you dismount with the PTO running, the alarm is temporary.

looks like its bending my drawbar, but I took it out and put a staight edge on it and no damage. Anyone else notice there bar bending?

The bars are going to bend a little but as you saw they go back to straight as soon as you take the weight off. Every one of my tractors does this regardless of size. The only time they don't bend noticeably is when I have a very light implement hooked up.

I just put a couple pieces of electrical tape over the beeper speaker. I cannot hear it beep with the engine running, but can hear it faintly after I shut her down.

And where might that beeper speaker be?
