Hauling and spreading leaf mulch and wood chips into the flower gardens, PER MY WIFE"S DIRECTIONS.
All in honor of Mother's Day.

I was using the B7200 to pull the small yard trailer for the tasks. After about the fourth load, the fact that the fuel level indicator didn't work, and that the headlamp switch didn't either finally got to me.
Both problems mean taking off the instrument cowling! That meant a trip to the shop! (my favorite place)

So I dug in!

The switch issue was easy, the through stem that secures the switch body is broken. A replacement switch is over $100 if you can find one. Messicks NLA. So I glued the switch body to the panel back! Hope it holds.

The Fuel level was a puzzle. Wires checked, VOM employed, Fuses replaced. NADA! ;-)

Then, just a random plug and re-plug of some of the bullet connections and VIOLA! The gauge works again!

I like it when stuff gets fixed!

Yup, low voltage doesn't like corrosion. I too glued a switch back together because the plastic broke while removing it to spray it's inside with contact cleaner; which worked BTW.

Some electrical switches, especially older ones, are getting harder to find. I have glued a bench grinder switch as well as a circular saw switch. I miss the Radio Shack days...

I put up another 8' x 8' x 6' tall horizontal trellis for my wife, (with her help). She grows "Filipino vegetables" on them. I would call them climbing squash of some sort. I'm so out of shape I can only work like that for a few hours at a time and I need a break. My hands and elbows are sore this morning. :cautious:

SWEDISHBITTERS i JUST sip on it and no pain. I
don't care for the creams that you have to rub in no
help with them and they are messy.

I purchase from here: Great Swedish Bitters - Product of Germany

I put the herbs in a big glass jar with 2 gallons of vodka seal the lid
and set in window for sun light and shake up every day for 30 days
they say you only need to do this for 2 weeks then place in dark
bottles and put in dark place

Purchase where ever you wnat

two gallons of vodka will mask a lot of pain , with or without the herbal infusion.
Scotch would work just as well.

I believe it was an attempt at humor. I thought it was hilarious 😂

Warning-thread wander:

Back in my teenage years, I worked for an excavator. Owner was a B-17 pilot in WW-2. He had a lot of pain from bombing German people. He’d buy 1/5 of vodka and drink it straight from the bottle like water and operated machinery competently all day. The war and the drinking turned him into a miserable guy. War & alcoholism are hell.
