Soil prep

I am looking to purchase an implement to prepare a seed bed. I am a contractor whom wants to do his own landscaping. My S250 Bobcat would be my power. I have looked all over the internet. Power rakes are no longer just a Harley Rake. But experience trumps all. Anybody ran different attachments that can tell which you prefer. Most of my jobs are typical. The soil needs to be prepared. Most times, no grass is present, if so I kill it ahead of time. I will grade with my 4in1 bucket. But I need something to prep. I have seen the Harley rake, the Rock hound, etc, I just don't know what is best. The rock hound seems to be like a Harley rake with a bucket????

Around me all use the rockhound on a skid steer. A Harley power rake will just windrow debris where the rockhound has a built in bucket to catch debris.

My neighbors Harley rake has a bucket the rocks get thrown into.
