New guy here from Georgia. Just thought I would share some pictures of my recent engine swap.
Front end: YM2000
Rear end: YM2210
The 2210 was newly refurbished but, through a series of unfortunate events, had serious engine issues (long.... stupid stupid story). She was non-operational when I acquired her.
The 2000 was in good shape with 425 hours on the clock and had been used for the last 7 years to clear 2 food plots once a year. Unfortunately she stayed outside under a tarp the entire time and suffered cosmetically from it.
This is the dead YM2210 the day I picked her up.

The YM2000 on pickup day:

I started by pulling the front half of the 2210. I bolted a long steel post to the front of the frame and could easily maneuver the front end around alone with it.

The 2210 Bell Housing

Then I did the same with the 2000

The 2000 front end on the 2210. Everything bolted up nicely:

All buttoned up and ready to work:

The 2210 front end needs love now. Unfortunately, the crank will need to come out.

I am trying to decide if I want to spend the money to rebuild the engine or not or just use this tractor for spares. So many of the parts interchange it's nice to have them like that.
Anyway, just wanted to share.
