Those stuck snowplows bring back bad memories of finding that soft edge with a dually dump truck. I switched to single rears in the winter with chains and it made a world of difference. Also, looks like that dump truck tipping to the side was saved by that tree, I would hate to see what would have happened if it wasn't there.

It's not an easy life for equipment in Maine ! :shocked:
No snow or frost in Queensland , but I do sometimes have to
drive in it when visiting the UK ....... don't like it .
I've become quite soft over the years here

A few haying pics. Apparently the drag I built for hay isn't something a lot of folks have seen. Works good, allows you to carry all your hay to one spot in the field and walk it off the drag with a crowbar on the fly with no stopping. I used to ride one when I was young, hadn't had one for 25 years and decided to throw one together before we baled yesterday.

Broke my exhaust on the 504 due to low hanging branch fourth trip around the field. Lost a U-joint/yoke on the IH mo-co. Other than that everything held together. The old New Holland 268 baler tied 323 bales, never missed a beat.

This year has been a rare treat for us. Even with all the rain, we're getting hay in. Some years we've been late July or even August before we got it done.
