Some pictures of Bushhogging this weekend

Just though I'd share some pics of the hogging I did Saturday morning.

Man some of the stuff was tall. Had to drop to 2nd Low in a few areas as the gras was about 8' high and really dense. Most of the weeds and stuff was cut in 4L or 1H (about 4-5mph) with the big 6' cutter.

That is pretty cool. I assume you know the land pretty well and there were no hidden dangers in the grass? I always worry about grass that high when it gets to the bottom of the tractor because of the hydrolic lines under my tractor that can be ripped off by branches/sticks. Good job.

I was wondering the same thing. Looks like they've been bouncing around in there for a while too.

No hidden dangers. Luckily. They said it was hogged last year.

the pond was clearly visible. They had a guy out mucking it out a month or so ago. And back that same day spreading piles with the dozer. So I could clearly see around that.

The metal 2x2's are log forks for my loader. I'll see if I can dig up some pics.

Here you can see the pockets they slide into. I got "stubs" in there now to keep them from packing full of mud.
