I just inherited a 1962 Moline and it's in a barn. I live in California and it's in Pa.

Is it worth the trouble to go get it?

As to the tractor the chances are very good transportation and restoration will be more than it's restored value.

Unless there is sentimental value consider selling it where it is at.

Minneapolis Moline Power Impliment Company was formed in 1929 with the merger of 3 companies. Moline Impliment Company, which was formed in 1887 as the Moline Plow Company, Minneapolis Threashing Machine Company, formed in 1887 and Minneapolis Steel & Machinery Company, formed in 1902. White Motor Company purchased Minneapolis Moline Impliment Company in 1963, the year after your tractor was made. In 1991 AGCO, the company that now owns Massey Ferguson Tractors, bought White Tractor. The old Minneapolis Molines were good tractors, but I don't know if it would be worth the cost to transport it accross the country and spend the money to restore it. I guess if it had some sentimental value, then maybe.
