Being an optimist, I think he simply moved on. Was a valued member that I respected and listened to. There have been several that have done that on my radar over the past ten years or so.

Once in a while Soundguy would get upset with a post or member. My guess is he just moved on.

I always read and valued his thoughts/opinions and hope that he's only moved on, rather than has deceased. Diamond Pilot is another that's not been here for quite awhile and is missed.

He isn't that far from me, and I used to have his number, a couple phones back. I think of him often when I go thru Ocala area.

Not forever but a few here have been around since fire was invented,otherwise how could they know so much about any and everything?

I am friends with 3rrl on Facebook, and he and Loretta are doing fine in Idaho! (Yep, sold that 40 acres and a mule) with that beautiful home that was run off the grid. He now fishes and hunts and keeps trying to shorten the list that Loretta makes for him to do!

Same sentiments as ovrszd from me! I "always" loved reading his posts and about all the neat things he was getting done. He gave me great advice on how to "correctly" learn to operate a box blade. Although that learning is still a constant test every time I use it!!
