Welcome to the forum. When you get a chance, fill out your profile, it helps people answer your questions.
The nearest JINMA dealer I could locate for you is Sonoran Desert Tractors & Equipment, Sierra Vista, AZ. 520-3789-4077. A call to them would probably provide a dealer if one is closer.
I live in San Luis Obispo and before I ended up with a 5 year old 25 HP John Deere last year, I looked into Chineese and recall a tractor dealer in Bakersfield. It was not a JINMA dealer as I recall, but they were selling a JINMA clone. As I understand it, that tractor is sold under different names, including one by Northern Tool. I didn't want my nearest dealer over 100 miles away on a product that did not have the long term reputation of John Deere, Kubota, Massey Ferguson, New Holland and a few others.
I'm fairly new to this forum, but most people feel a good local dealer is more important than saving a few hundered dollars at a local dealer that won't know you next week.
I don't know a thing about Chineese tractors, and have only seen one in my life, so I don't want to prejudice you, but I understand a degree of mechanical ability is important since dealer service is not typically close at hand.
However, there are Chineese tractor forums beside this one you can research on the internet for a lot of info.
FARMPRO is another name of the JINMA tractor and their website shows Arizona as the closet dealer. Check out NORTRAC with is also a JINMA. I don't believe they are in California either.
Good luck in your search, that's part of the fun of buying anyway.
