Splicing in third functilon kit

I have my Construction Attachments third function kit and I think I've got it figured out what I need to install it but thought I would run it by the experts to be sure. My Kubota B3200 has the rear remote added by a dealer so the power beyond on the loader valve has already been tapped.

Here is the tee where the tank line is attached:

The pressure line supplied with the kit has 3/8 JIC fittings on each end and should attach to the loader valve in place of the remote hose there now.
The tank line supplied with the kit has a 3/8 NPT fitting on the end that was originally supposed to fit onto the cut metal tank line on the loader valve.
I think I now need to hook that hose to the old pressure line going to the rear remote valve. So either I get a new hose with JIC fittings on each end or I use a male pipe thread/male JIC adapter to hook onto the existing pressure hose.

Is this right so far?

My grapple is on order from Everything Attachments so I want to have the plumbing installed and ready to start doing some damage to some saplings.

Just connect your 3rd function IN port to the loader PB out and run the 3rd function OUT port to the hyd blk.

Thanks for the quick reply, JJ. By "hyd blk" do you mean the loader valve or the rear remote valve or a separate item upstream of the loader valve?

Your B-3200 should have a hyd blk like this.

One of those ports is OUT to loader and one of them is IN from the loader valve PB. You want to remove the loader PB hose from the hyd blk and connect it to the IN port of your 3rd valve IN port.

Add a hose from the 3rd valve OUT port back to the hyd blk.

This will complete the hyd series circuit.

Wire up your switch to the loader handle.

Thanks, I'll get a better look at it today and see if I see the hyd block before the loader valve. But unless I'm mistaken the PB coming out of the mid-mount loader valve was a metal tube going directly to the 3 Pt. arms. I think that was removed by the dealer and the pressure hose to the rear remote was plugged in there to go to the rear remote valve. The middle photo shows that hose at the loader valve. Then in the first photo that hose on the right is going to the 3 pt. making it downstream of the loader valve. If that is the case wouldn't it be easier to use this adapter I just picked up at Tractor Supply today:

I would take the pressure hose going to the rear remote valve off the loader valve and put the pressure hose going to the 3rd function valve on the loader valve in its place. Then use this adapter to hook the other hose coming from the 3rd function valve that came with the kit to the pressure hose that I just removed from the loader valve that goes to the rear remote. Would that be a mistake?

A 3rd function valve can go to any convenient location as long as it is in the series flow.

Each valve should have PB or high pressure rated which the 3rd function valves has. .

Sounds good. I just looked the tractor over again and it appears the metal hoses go from pump to loader valve with no central hydraulic block. Gives me something else to do this weekend. Thanks for all the help
