I'd like to help, but FL is too hot for me. :)

Deere should have parts for a 2010. With the FEL off, I think you will be surprised how easy splitting the tractor will be.

Send off for some RustReaper at Rust Reaper the Multi-Purpose Lubricant

Soak the threads a few hours or a day before trying to remove them, and if they are anything like the ones on my JD 110 1964 lawn tractor, they will turn off no problem. This stuff works like a charm. Little known, but sure glad I found it a couple years ago.

What year is your 2010? I might have a manual I could copy some pages out of for you.

That's quite a beast you have there, Gary. Does it still have power?

If so, that will make a HUGE difference on removing your FEL and hoe. I
have done this without power, and I do NOT recommend it.

Since your FEL is not QA, you can remove it without special equipment
if you can drive the bucket under an immovable object and use the
rollback force to lift the boom out of the towers.

yep..still runs//littl ahrd startin but once its goin its good. clutch is gittin tired tho...and the engine wont pull the tractor up much of a grade unless its in first..itll just bog down til it stalls. digs okay tho and runs good enought to keep the cows in round bales so i just been using it..but i can see its days are numbered..i really just want a smaller tractor loader i can put a bushhog on

I like that TLB, been seeing where I can find a TLB myself.

Are you sure its the clutch? If the clutch slipped the engine would spin easilly as less of its power would be actually making it to the transmission. I suspect something else if it behaves like that on an incline.

Good luck!

well it does slip when i i try to start out in 3rd gear or so. itll slip in real slow like until it kinda grabs....after about 30 ft or so

i know the engine is weak also..but it still does the werk i need it to..so far

kinda why i was wanting to sell it..its all good and 99% complete but waaaay more machine than i need. too big..to heavy...didnt realixze when i got it how big and heavy it would actually turn out to be.
