Spool valves for Massey DL250 are both stuck

Hello, I have this DL250 loader on a Massey 573. Anyhow, at first I thought the joystick control cables were stuck, but when I disconnected them from the spool valve the cables slide fine, but I can't push or pull either of the two vales in or out. The spool valve is made by Nimco. Does anyone know why this would happen and how to fix it? It doesn't matter of the tractor is running or not, still stuck. And yes my 3pt hitch goes up and down just fine. It worked fine until I parked my tractor and lowered the loader to the ground. Two days later I go back out and I can't drive the tractor without at least being able to lift the loader. Thank you.

Check the cans (covers) at the end of each spool. When taking off watch out for little round balls as many ae 4 .
