Let me preface this by saying that it isn't a huge deal, I have dealt with it for years, no tears and I think I will likely make it....
However, since this is a forum and all....
I like to keep my tractor and atv key on the same chain, keeping my spares of both with my truck/house/shop key chain. The problem is the location of the gas cap, or more specifically the fact that the gas cap has notches to make removal easier and those notches always seem to catch on a key chain and killing the ignition when turning hard to the left or right. It pulls the Polaris key out of the ignition.
The solution is removing the polaris key from the chain, which works fine, though I'm always nervous that the one key tossed in my pocket is pretty easy to lose.
Anyone find a solid, smooth gas cap?
