Spray on fluid for cleaning vinyl siding - what's the best?

I can't find the thread that was on here.
And don't bother telling me NOT to use a pressure washer. I spray so the arc comes DOWN when it gets to the house.

I use Simple Green concentrate and water and sometimes bleach and water to clean and remove mold and mildew.
Mix in a 5 gallon pain and use a soft brush that extends and also hooks to a water hose. Same thing I use to clean my travel trailer.

70% water and 30% white vinegar according to Bob Vila also works.

I've never cleaned vinyl siding. In our area of Anchorage all the homes had aluminum siding. Cleaning = soft brush with long extension handle - connected to garden hose - mild cleaning agent - we used Simple Green. Some did it annually - my schedule was more like every four or five years. Looked good when you were finished.

I go back and forth with bleach and water or pressure washer. If I clean before it gets green I usually just use the pressure washer. If I wait till it's green I mix water and household bleach 50/50. Get the bleach too strong and it will take the finish off aluminium window frames.

With bleach and water I just spray it on, let it sit, then rinse it off.

On amazon out of 531 reviews 19% of them were 1 star. 126 1 star of verified purchasers. I don't like to buy stuff with 10% or more negative reviews.
Spray and forget is about as bad.

Apply a semi-mild bleach and water solution to a wet surface...allow to sit a bit before rinsing...

protect or flush from any delicate flowers or plantings etc...

House wash from home depot works great.Just attach the bottle to your hose ,it has a spray and a rinse setting on the bottle.You will want to use a brush as well it will take off the black and green mold much easier.

I spray it on and then brush entire surface with car wash brush. No such thing as spray and rinse.

Built-up grime: In a 5-gallon bucket with 3 quarts of water, make a solution of a half cup of powered laundry detergent, two-thirds cup of TSP (for degreasing) and one-and-one-third cups of bleach. Stir until detergent has dissolved completely, Wear protective goggles, glove, and footwear. Rinse a 4-by-4-foot square with the hose. Apply the cleaning solution with the brush or a sponge. Let it sit for five minutes, scrub problem areas, then rinse very thoroughly.
