I have two PTO shafts that need work on the locking pin assembly that holds the shaft on the spline of the tractor. One one, it's rusted and siezed up. On the other it's missing completely.

I'm not even sure what it's called but someone must sell repair kits for these right?

I should mention one shaft is on a house brush hog and the other on a Ford flail. Not sure if original but the two look a bit different

For the rusted & seized up pin I would a really good penetrating oil, they are not all created equal... (like Kroil - Worth its price)... Spray it a couple of times a day for a few days & hopefully with a couple of tape with a punch & hammer it will free up.... If you get it freed up make sure you clean it up good & grease it. Make sure it is working properly so you don't have a PTO shaft flying off...

The other one you will need to purchase a replacement Power Take Off Yoke Quick Release Pin... there are a couple different styles out there so you may need to look at the one in the other end to match it up... here a couple of links to different ones.

Replacement pin kits are available through TSC, farm stores or your local tractor dealership. The missing pin holes need to be cleaned up by running the appropriate sized drill bit into each end. The stuck pin needs to be soaked and hopefully freed with a hammer (get me a bigger hammer). Once freed, remove the retaining clip, disassemble and clean up the parts. You will probably need a new spring so a second kit is needed. This is one of many available from Agrisupply. ;)1321 Snap Hitch Repair Kit For Welded Yoke | Agri Supply

I actually used a 3/8" bolt and machined one myself some years ago.
Still operational 'til this day.

I must be missing something. My one shaft, has a maybe ~1/2" hole on one end and a ~1/4 " hole on the other end. The other shaft only has a ~1/2" hole on one side.

I don't see where a clip, like shown in those photos, would be attached/anchored anywhere.
