Looking for a high quality stainless steel exhaust pipe.

You may have to have it made. Standard SS pipes (OEM) are ok grade of stainless but will have some signs of rust as most SS <302 grade will.
My standard OEM SS exhaust is still fine after 11 years and 146,000 miles.

I know at one time a vendor was building and excellent pipe but cannot remember his name. I do not want to use chrome but may have no choice.

Years ago I bought some 409 SS exhaust pipe from J. C. Whitney and had a muffler shop bend it into a tail pipe for my pickup. It's still doing fine.

Already been to our local shop their bender will only handle up to 3". After talking to quite a few people thinking of picking up a chrome stack installing my own baffles then paint it flat black.
