Stainless Stove Pipe for Wood Burner

Ok, I know I can find bits and pieces of stainless pipe on craigslist, and that is probably my best bet with regards to price, but does anyone have any suggestions for a good place to buy stainless stove pipe for wood burners? Online or stores. Thanks

Try your local or box hardware store or stove supplier or metal shop.
I bought my ss liner from Home Hardware(Canadian). I also had a local metal shop make a special fitting out of stainless steal(ss) for final installation.

The liner came in 3' sections and used a bayonet locking system. I also installed three sheet metal screws as per the instruction to secure 3' pieces to together.

I have been using the stove for 7+ years and no problems. I also clean the liner twice a year - have my own rods and brushes.

Hi Eddie, it has been a good source of information for us too. I have a few Vermont Castings stoves from early days and just to get information on repairs and parts this has been a great location. -5 degrees this morning here and -12 degrees in Concord so the wood stove in running full blast today.

Thanks for all the info, it has been given to the man with the money. Hopefully we will have the wood burner hooked up by the end of this weekend, which will only be a few months late, heehee.
