Stanadyne injection pump drive shaft tool 13371

Installing the roosa master injection pump back on the driveshaft after a rebuild. Anyone know how this tool is meant to be oriented? I'm thinking the beveled side with the notch goes facing the injection pump. Has anyone used one of these?

Thought about texting. Anything else that is helpful to know for putting this pump back on? I have the flywheel pin tool and the umbrella seal tool.

Use CLEAN engine oil to lube the seals AND the inside of the pilot tube..
There is a dot on the end of the drive shaft AND 1 INSIDE THE PUMP..
The pump MUST GO ON DOT TO DOT.. otherwise you’ll be 180* out of time..
