Started looking for a used skid steer

I started looking for a used skid steer recently, and I realized that the little time I have spent in one, is not enough to make any kind of informed decision about what to buy. I would appreciate it if you all could give me some different makes, and models that will work for me. My needs are as follows. I want to be able to lift at least 1 ton. I want to be able to use a breaker. I do a lot of wood cutting, so maneuverability is a must, as well as traction. I will be clearing brush, and trees. Weight is not an issue. This machine will not be used every day, or even every week. I might be doing some snow clearing, for customers. My budget is $30,000 and not a penny more. I need reliability, and power. again I am looking for a lot of feed, back, so I can narrow down my search to 2-3 machine make, and models. I am still up in the air about what kind of cab to get, so any opinions on that would help.

I have been happy with the ASV's. My next one may very well be a Takeuchi though. Bobcat, I've used a T190 and T320 and they were both pretty darn good. Bobcat electronic stuff scares me though. As you can see, I love tracked SS, nothing better in the class. Yea, they may cost more to repair, but the productivity difference is huge. Just gotta remember 3 point turns. Two things I would not run on my machine, breaker and mulcher. From what I see and hear, either one are bad news for the long term health of the carrier.
