Hmmm, my 3320 will run PTO if I'm not in seat if I'm in N and brakes locked. I start off seat, pull PTO all the time. Now if I'm on seat and pull PTO and get off seat it kills.

Yeah, starting, travel, and pto are very different. I haven't tried starting the tractor out of the seat. I did have a little scare traveling full speed in b range when I grabbed something in my pocket, didn't realize I lifted out of the seat. The tires stopped quick, and almost put me into the steering wheel. Luckily full speed in tractor terms is around 5 mph for me. Pto for my machine is easy, put in n, 1500 rpms, parking brake, and get off the seat before engaging. Every machine is different though.
