Steering motor leaks on 5550 ford BH

Steering motor leaks because Simone (b4)me tried to drill and pin steering shaft to stripped head gear of steering motor Origanaly thought that seal was bad from heat of weld After a week and countless phone calls I found seal etc replaced installed motor only to find out that the leak is coming from the hole drilled can't find shaft (to rebuild motor) or replacement motor so I brought motor to a welder to weld hole only to find after installing again fluid is now coming from top of shaft

Now the welder has motor apart and is trying to determine if fluid should even be in shaft and if not how it's reaching top and if so wich seal need replacing but I would like to purchase new used motor it's a designate pot style steering motor from a ford 5550 backhoe also common in ford 8000 and 9000 series tractors
