Steiner front pulley removal

I have a steiner 415 with a kohler motor. I need to remove the front pulley to replace the front seal. Anyone able to give some advice?

Kohler engines has an excellent web site with both owner's and service manuals for its engines.
Get as much info off your engine's plate and then go to:
Kohler Engines: Home
If you don't find what you need or don't understand what you read come back with the engine info and perhaps a picture and someone will help further.

I think this is a Steiner problem because it is the pulley that runs the front attachments. It needs to be removed to get to the seal.
