Sticker coming off. How to reattach?

Take a heat gun or hot hair dryer and just take it off. If it has a mate, on the other side, take it off too. That way, the tractor won't tip over.

But, what if it's one of those stickers that says 'make sure all stickers are secured'?

That is the first one to go. A 3000 psi power washer will send them flying.
Seriously, you can get replacement stickers at a dealership. Some of the safety ones may be free.

If the sticker has not come off completely you can heat it up with a hair drier or a heat gun, this will soften the glue and it should peel right off with no damage to the paint. Go slow and make sure to not overheat the vinyl and distort it.
Once you have removed the sticker you can use a 3M product called Super 77 spray adhesive it come in an aerosol can and works very well.
Most stickers are very expensive (as most tractor parts are) and if you can save the ones you have and reattach, you would be money ahead.

if the edge has already dried and curled, I give it a 1 in 10 chance of looking good once re-applied... they usually don't lift for 'no' reason.

Alternatively, you can take a digital photo of the sticker (make sure you can get a good focused shot that fills the screen), print it on a laser printer, cut it out, and use clear epoxy to attach it, then epoxy over the top to seal it in. That's as permanent as I can think of.
