Stihl FS-55 Valve Adjustment

I went up to the Stihl dealer to pick up a coil, and the mechanic who works on them came up to the counter and talked me out of buying one. He said if the coil was bad it would shut off when it was hot. He also said the compression should be 90 or higher. I'm at 95. I'm gonna try a different starting technique this weekend and see if it is something I'm doing wrong.

I tried something different this weekend. I set the choke, pressed the primer bulb 2 times, and did not hold the trigger open like I was told by a different Stihl dealer, and it started after 4 pulls. I want to thank everyone who replied to this post for all your help.
