affordable tractor has a factory "jinma" suspension seat list on there web site, you might check with them.

I got one thru TSC as a Universal Fit, works good but could not use the 360 swivel feature for the back hoe that the OLD one had...

Why do you need customer service? Just order it! All the mounting specs are on the website.
Just get one of the universal seats they offer.
