Richard, as a bookeeping site, it is ideal for an investment club since all members can follow the portfolio on-line with the short/long term capital gains considerations clearly deliniated. There is speculation that a broker could buy them out. Over the last two years the interface has become friendlier and more intuitive and the bugs are being worked out. So far, I've manually recored trades but automatic entry is available recently by importing from a broker. This may on the more deluxe subscriptions. They can interface with Quicken/Money and keep track of sold equities( can be an exercise in 'seller remorse' or'sellers relief' ) The automatic tabulation of splits, name changes and mergers is nice.
