Can any one tell me how to replace the 16mm spring pins on stoll tedder rake which is same as nh 254 tedder rake i have been told.I"am haveing problems haveing to replace cam followers, while rakeing hay. It seems to be alot of free play in big pivot pins on tine arms. They are spring pins 16mm 6 inches long. I tried driving them out but they will not budge.Thanks for any advise you can give me.
